Building 405
Small laboratory and office units from circa 324 sq ft are offered on flexible terms and at competitive rates with access to central services. These facilities are particularly suitable as first premises for newly formed biotech companies.
Building 502
Fully fitted molecular biology laboratories circa 300sq ft each, offered on flexible short term leases with access to central services. These facilities are particularly suitable as first premises for newly formed biotech companies.
Maia
Constructed in 2010, Maia offers small laboratory and office units from circa 570 sq ft. The units are offered at competitive rates with access to a range of lab and admin central services.
Minerva
Minerva offers 20,000 sq ft fully-fitted laboratory and office accommodation on flexible leases providing grow-on units for early stage bioventures as they make the transition out of incubation facilities.
Meditrina
Meditrina offers 20,000 sq ft of laboratory and office accommodation in 20 units of circa 1,000 sq ft let as individual or multiple units on short term leases with access to a range of lab and admin central services. Meditrina is particularly suited to early stage bioventures.
Moneta
Currently under construction, Moneta will offer units of circa 600 sq ft as individual or multiple units on short term leases with access to a range of lab and admin central services.
Moneta is due for completion in April 2012.
