The Babraham Bioincubator, unlike most other incubators, facilitates access to world class research, technical facilities and skill bases on the Babraham Research Campus - a 'real' Science Park bringing together 'cutting-edge' academic research with commercial excellence.
Our Business scientific and technical mentoring comprises a package of services available to both Bioincubator tenants and companies off-campus. The services are designed to help early stage companies by providing a way to reduce cash-burn rate during their formative years, when companies are generating proof-of-concept demonstration of their technologies and proving the commercial potential of their fledgling businesses to their early stage investors and potential new investors. For those looking to establish their first company BBT has in-house business expertise and is linked to a wide network of business services providers in the Cambridge region so that it can offer help and guidance in the establishment of new commercial ventures.
The services are particularly tailored to the needs of early stage bioventures resident on the Babraham Research Campus, however, some services may be accessed by the full range of companies from the one person start-up to multinational pharmaceutical companies.
