Our Purpose
To promote, support and encourage academic and commercial biomedical research, locally, regionally and nationally. To exploit the benefits of research and development undertaken at the Babraham Research Campus for patients, scientists, the biomedical community and UK society.
Role:
- To deliver Babraham Institute's translational research responsibilities and to support its scientific objectives.
- To generate a financial return on its activities, which can be used to support the Institute research.
- To provide the environment and culture to translate good science into good business.
- To promote investment in regional biomedical research and to support innovation in the life sciences.
- To manage the commercial development of the Babraham Research Campus
